Xi'an R&D Center is the R&D base of Star Energy. The R&D team leads the research and development of advanced technologies in the fields of petrochemicals, building materials, road engineering, polymer materials, and road transportation, with the goal of bringing Star Energy's products closer to the upstream and downstream markets, thereby providing customers with cutting-edge products and solutions.

UNIVERSITY ENTERPRISE COOPERATION
Based on cooperation with both domestic and foreign research institutions, the R&D center of Star Energy has become an integrated research base for international road material R&D, production, and sales, and established a data center for the performance of and application technology for international and domestic asphalt materials.
Currently, the R&D center has cooperated with Beijing University of Chemical Technology on the R&D of new environmentally friendly asphalt; In addition, it has started technical cooperation with scientific research institutions such as Chang'an University, CNPC Research Institute, Sinopec Research Institute, and Singaporean Trafigura Group, in accordance with relevant national industry standards. It has also invested to establish high-tech laboratories for asphalt products, and participated in the formulation of relevant industry standards, in order to form an integrated platform of "production, education and research".
